How we integrate with Procore

Construction is an industry that relies on collaboration, and that reliance doesn’t stop when considering the move towards digital transformation. The same way that workforce management is our bread and butter, Procore specialises in project management. Its platform helps to mobilise communication and documentation for the full project lifecycle, from putting out tenders to updating site diaries, to creating worker timesheets and uploading drawings.

What we bring to the table is workforce data insights across the entire worker journey, from before they first step on site to the last time they clock out. This includes worker pre-registration and inductions, through to real-time attendance data and on-site training.

Within the integration, instead of creating worker profiles on Procore, information is synced in real-time from the MSite system along with time and attendance data. Not only does this completely negate the need for duplication but it also offers granular level detail, all in one accessible system. Where previously we would see data being siloed by organisation or department, this collaboration promotes transparency and efficiency with the removal of ambiguity around workforce and project information.
