With a diverse supply chain and a fast-paced project turnover, Overbury and Morgan Lovell needed an effective solution to streamline workforce management. Additionally, they required a reliable time and attendance system to monitor workforce presence effectively across multiple projects.
Given the rapid pace of projects, Morgan Sindall Group’s fit out division also needed hardware solutions that were easily relocatable between sites. We provided an all-encompassing solution:
- Pre-Registration: to ensure that workers were compliant before stepping onto site and could begin working more quickly.
- Time & Attendance: to maintain accurate workforce data and awareness that improved safety and overall site standards.
- 100 MSite Face Minis: a portable facial recognition time and attendance solution that could be managed flexibly between locations, ensuring full coverage of worker's time and attendance capture.
Both Overbury and Morgan Lovell were actively involved in the process of identifying the right portable biometric device for their needs, ensuring the solution was not only capable of authenticating workers biometrically but also suitable for their dynamic and often constrained site environments. The goal was clear – to improve compliance, efficiency, and on-site standards across all projects.
