Download the App and scan the project QR code to quickly report an Incident, Near Miss, Accident or Observation.
Guided and intuitive flows help users insert necessary information correctly, including photographs.
From the App, users can also access an overview of their reported items and receive feedback on how they were handled.
Submit reports anonymously
All incidents, near misses, accidents and observationss can be reported anonymously – increasing uptake of the tool.
Create actions & mark on drawings
- Create direct actions from what has been reported and assign to relevant individuals.
- Actions can be marked directly on uploaded floor plan drawings.
- Reminders of actions are sent until they are corrected, points that have not been closed will appear at the top of the next inspection.
