Q. You've implemented the MSite Preregistration and Online Inductions tool across your business, what benefits have you seen in doing so?<\/strong><\/p>

A. Since adopting the MSite platform to help us with the management of our workforce and online inductions, we have seen great benefits. We are now able to easily ensure that everyone working on our sites, whether that be direct employees, or our supply chain partners, has received the right safety critical information via a single platform. We currently have an average adoption rate of 99% across all of our live projects, which speaks for itself.<\/p>

Q. Before using MSite, what was the process of onboarding new workers?<\/strong><\/p>

A. Before using MSite, onboarding of workers visiting sites was a manual process, with our sites generally managing this themselves. It often required individuals completing several forms, which would then be saved in multiple locations, often only accessible by the site team. This meant that these were not readily available to access when required. Depending on the size of the project, this onboarding process could take a considerable amount of time, especially when new workers started. Having to collect all of the required information on the first day, whilst delivering all the relevant safety information was extremely onerous. By using MSite, sites can now ensure that all prerequisite information is delivered and collected before workers arrive on site, all of which can be monitored via an inductions pipeline.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Q. What were some of the challenges you faced adopting a digital process, and how did MSite help you overcome these?<\/strong><\/p>

A. The switch over to digital was welcomed by our site teams and our supply chain. There was a common understanding that the current process was inefficient and moving to a digital, single platform that was accessible by all would drastically help things. MSite were very supportive during the initial onboarding of the product, ensuring that the platform was configured to the right standards, and they provided thorough training to both Sisk employees and our suppliers.<\/p>

Q. What other MSite products do you use across your business?<\/strong><\/p>

A. The majority of our sites also use the MSite Pods to control access to their sites, with those that do not have a requirement for access control benefitting from the Face Minis to capture time and attendance. Because of how our system is configured, along with the biometric technology, we are able to measure a number of metrics when workers use the products, safe in the knowledge that it is the correct person.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Q. You've worked collaboratively with MSite for some time now. How have you found this collaboration and how would you describe the relationship?<\/strong><\/p>

A. The relationship we have MSite is great. We work very collaboratively with the team there for a number of reasons and feel very supported.
