Tell us about your project? What is the scope of work and what are some of the challenges you face?<\/strong><\/p><p>A. We are a highways maintenance contract, delivering all aspects of the service from Asset Management through design to delivery. What data are you capturing to make your on site processes more efficient, and how does MSite support you with this? What products are you using?<\/strong><\/p><p>A. We are using two MSite Face Readers, the Supervisor App, Workforce App and Location Check In to address the challenges of knowing who is on which site, when and where, having confidence that they have been inducted and then capturing various data points about the individuals.<\/p><p><strong>Q. You recently implemented location check-in across the project. How has this been received by the workforce? How did you drive adoption?<\/strong><\/p><p>A. The uptake has been really positive and the system is seen as simple to use and really straightforward. It's helped us simplify the start of shift\/end of shift processes and ensure that we are capturing better data.<\/p><p><strong>Q. What are the benefits of using location check-in across your projects?<\/strong><\/p><p>A.
