Q. Tell us about your project? What is the scope of work and what are some of the challenges you face?<\/strong><\/p>

A. The scope entails the ongoing access and maintenance to the life safety assets within T4.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Q. Which MSite products are you using to help manage your workforce and what impact has MSite had on your site operations?<\/strong><\/p>

A. We are using the MSite Face Mini to capture Time & Attendace on site, and the Supervisor App to capture attendance at Nightly Activity Briefings. Both of these tools use face biometrics and have really streamlined our processes, both in terms of data capture and reporting.<\/p>

Q. You recently started using the Supervisor App to record site briefings and toolbox talks. How are you finding this functionality?<\/strong><\/p>

A. The Supervisor App is really easy to use, manageable and liked by the suppliers. The setup is really straight forward, as the Face Recognition on the app refers back to the information stored on each individual's profile. This is all completed at the point of induction, meaning no extra work is required.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Q. What are the main benefits of using the Supervisor App to record these sessions? How were you previously managing this process?<\/strong><\/p>

A. As the Supervisor App is on all supervisors' phones, it makes the process portable and easily manageable. To record an individuals attendance at a briefing, the supervisor simply scans the worker's face with the app and it instantly recognises them. This really speeds up the whole process and removes the need for signatures, maintaining integrity. We also have the ability to preload content and add any attachments related to the briefing, subsequently allowing us to refer back to the session accurately.<\/p>

Q. You've worked collaboratively with MSite for some time now. How have you found this collaboration and how would you describe the relationship?<\/strong><\/p>

A.
