Hear from our Apprentices!

In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week we went across the business to hear from some of our apprentices and give them a platform to highlight their success stories and the impact it has had on their careers at MSite.

Championing professional development of our workforce is paramount for us across the whole business. The on-the-job learning of our apprentices brings fresh ideas, competency and passion to how we operate in our sector. Empowering us to grow the culture here in the Bunker, nurture the apprentice's talent and implement best practice at MSite and across all our projects.

The work our apprentices do is incredible and we're proud of the careers we have helped develop over the years and we are keen to continue bringing enthusiastic and talented individuals into our business.

" I'm currently doing a Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship that kicked off just over a year ago. MSite has been super supportive, giving me plenty of chances to learn and grow into my new position as a manager. I've learned loads over the last year about sales, which has been incredibly helpful in my day-to-day job and managing my team. I am due to finish this course in May and already thinking and looking at the next big step in my personal development with the help and support of MSite. "

" I have recently enrolled in Level 3 CIPD HR Qualification which will see me through the next year and a half until I go on to do my my Level 5. I am really enjoying it so far and I have just passed my first assessment —yay me! Even though I have only been on the program for a short period of time my knowledge of the HR has increased which I can now apply to my day-to-day role helping MSite achieve one of its goals for the year of being a great place to work! "
