With 11 regions covering the whole of the UK, Lovell recognises the need for a standardised approach to workforce management despite operations taking a decentralised approach. For this reason, our pre-registration and online induction solutions were mandated across all of Lovell’s new sites as of mid 2022, ensuring workers arrive on site ready to work.
MSite has worked with Lovell to put solutions in place that simplify the induction process, giving workers access to a Lovell corporate video and site-specific induction. Not only does this improve health and safety, the driving force behind the mandate, but also increases efficiency and consistency through the pre-site journey.
A holistic uptake of our solutions has also been seen on a site-specific basis, with regions such as London and South Wales opting to use access and attendance solutions such as turnstiles and MSite Face. Examples of this include Signal Park in London – an affordable, shared ownership development in Tolworth worth £59m.
