FAQ

How easy is MSite Face Mini to assemble?

Simply assemble the stand and place your Face Reader Mini display into the holder in kiosk mode. Screw each corner of the case to secure the device. Face Mini is lightweight, and has a tilting mechanism for the display, providing ease of use. Clear instructions are provided with your Face Mini.

How do I enrol a worker’s face onto the Face Mini?

Enrolment for biometric facial recognition is very easy; we have several options available. These include: 

  • Capture an image with the PC’s webcam or a mobile camera 
  • Upload an image from the PC’s hard drive or mobile camera
  • Use an image received from the CITB/CSCS database 
  • Capture a photo using the MSite Supervisor App
  • If your workers already have a suitable photograph on their MSite profile there is no need to re-enrol them.
