Infobric Group acquires AddMobile

Infobric Group, one of the leading SaaS companies in the Nordics within services for socially sustainable and resource-efficient workplaces, has acquired AddMobile. Through this acquisition, the Group is expanding its product range with project management services and strengthening its position as a leading digitisation partner for the construction industry.

AddMobile develops digital services for construction and service companies. Its customers predominantly come from the construction industry. The AddMobile Toolbox platform facilitates project management, work orders, time reporting, tool management, a driving log and more. The company was founded in 2004 and has branches in Malmö, Stockholm and Karlskrona. In 2020, the company had turnover of SEK 58 m.

AddMobile’s project management and work order services for customers who work in the field is a strategically important addition to our product portfolio.

AddMobile became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Infobric Group on 31 March and will continue under its own brand and with its existing workforce in Malmö, Karlskrona and Stockholm.
