Our story.

A challenge, a solution, and a determination to make a difference - that is how our story began. These defining moments not only shaped our journey but also explain our success. Below, we highlight key milestones that showcase how we became the leading partner for the construction industry in the Nordics and the UK.

2004-2006

The start-up.

Infobric is born in a basement at Science Park in Jönköping in central Sweden. Originally known as SafeTool, the company is founded to address workplace equipment theft. In its early years, the team focused on developing electronic access control systems based on RFID technology, laying the groundwork for its future innovations.

2007-2010

A new standard.

SafeTool implements solutions targeting safety issues to ensure that only authorised individuals have access to construction sites. Through ID06, the construction industry’s own identity card standard for access and reporting attendance, SafeTool participates in developing a completely new access control system. In 2010, Safetool is renamed to Infobric, starts to provide site management solutions and begins the journey to evolve into a SaaS company.
