At the same time, subcontractor chains and multiple concurrent projects make it difficult to gain a complete picture of which companies are active and whether specified requirements are being met. Infobric is now launching Infobric Control, which supports construction clients and commissioning organisations in their responsible contracting efforts by providing visibility across subcontractor chains, automatically reviewing supplier information and bringing together monitoring across the entire project portfolio.

The regulations, which came into force on 1 January 2025, clarified the construction client’s responsibility to establish the right conditions for effective health and safety management and to monitor this work throughout the project. In practice, monitoring can become difficult when several projects are running simultaneously and contractor chains are continually changing. It is therefore important to understand which companies are active, whether specified requirements are being met and where further follow-up is needed.
Turning requirements into control
Infobric Control brings together the construction client’s requirements, supplier information and approval decisions in a single workflow for each project. The information is reviewed automatically, and the results show which companies are active, their current status and any outstanding actions that must be completed before work begins.
The same information can be monitored across all projects in one consolidated view. This makes it easier to compare projects and direct more detailed checks to where they are needed most. Control therefore becomes a tool for prioritisation, rather than simply reporting.
