Infobric actively work to accelerate the construction industry’s journey to zero accidents, zero fraud, and zero emissions. In Sweden - our solutions support the industry initiative “Bankinitiativet”, a collaboration between Swedish banks and the construction sector to combat financial crime. By working together, the industry and their partners aim to prevent fraudulent activities and promote fair competition.

Fighting fraud and promoting fair competition.
In the Nordics, the construction industry has long faced challenges with fraud, undeclared work, and unfair competition. To tackle this, the industry, together with authorities like the Tax Agencies, Municipalities and Work Environment Authorities, has taken active steps to promote transparency and fair practices. These efforts are part of a broader ambition to create a healthier, safer, and more sustainable construction sector, where competition is based on quality and innovation—not on cutting corners.
The Swedish Bank Initiative: Making fair play a prerequisite for project financing.
The Sustainable Construction Industry Banking Initiative (Bankinitiativet Hållbar Byggbransch) is a collaboration between Swedish banks and the construction sector to combat financial crime. By working together, the aim is to prevent fraudulent activities and promote fair competition within the industry. The conditions broadly mean that the developer must ensure that there is an appropriate control and monitoring system for a construction site and that contractors and subcontractors are pre-registered and checked for F-tax, tax liabilities and employer contributions. Infobric has worked closely with the partners in the initiative to develop a standard for project reporting.

Solutions that contribute to transparency and fair practices.
Pre-registration
Pre-registration helps ensure only qualified and reliable companies and workers are allowed on construction sites. Through automated controls, including tax payments and competence requirements, the process promotes legal compliance, fair competition, and safer, more professional project environments.
Supplier Control
Supplier Control provides full visibility and control over all subcontractors on your construction sites. It enables continuous controls to ensure every link in the chain complies with legal and financial requirements, such as F-tax, employer contributions, and creditworthiness.
Electronic Staff Ledger
Mandatory in Sweden and Norway since 2016/2017, an electronic staff ledger supports legal compliance and simplifies inspections by the tax agency and other authorities. Our solutions easily tracks who is present on construction sites, helping prevent unauthorised access and compliance risks.
